Same here, I received my Kraken v3 Pro today. Coming from the Nari I was a bit disappointed. Issues with the LED, charching, Chroma en the hypersence/haptic intensity. The firmware update solved the issues except the haptic intensity. The quality is very poor compared to the Nari. (there is hardly a difference between off and high)

Hey there, If u're using thx, once drivers installed, disable it inside synapse 3. Having it enabled muffles sound. Once drivers are installed THX is already installed in windows. So you ll still get THX audio capabilities but it should remove the sound bad quality.

That is not the issue. (there is no difference if it is turned on or not) The sound quality of THX is poor compared to the Nari 7.1 audio driver. The hapnic driver is generating an annoying tremble/rumble in the background. It doesn't matter if the intensity is set to low, medium or to high. The only way to get rid of it is by turning it of. At this moment I'm thinking of returning it.
