Hello all,
I recently purchase a Kraken V3 and it had been working without any issues. Last night after updating synapse and windows and heading to bed, when I woke this morning the headset was still registering in the sound devices and showing movement on the volume bar, but was failing to output any sound.
I have tried to update firmware, uninstall/reinstall various programs, even did a OS restore to last week to no avail.
It appears the dongle is not recognized by windows in any device manager sections in any PC I attempt to plug it into, any ideas?
