Good Afternoon,

Is there anyway to get replacement Headband pieces for my headphones, I have had one finally shatter into pieces after being cracked since I have owned them but didn't know they could be replaced under warranty

Anyway I can buy a couple sets of replacements, the headset works great still

Thank you

Can anyone help me with this?

I have the same issue. Can someone help me too?

I have the same issue. Got mine on 28 may 2024 and Curry’s Don’t have any in stock??? Look’s like a very bad fault with this headset’s. Come on razer fix

I have exactly same issue, but wih regular kraken v3 hypersense, not pro version. Few days ago I noticed that plastic cap, or how is this detail that holds slider and headband cusion with "Hypersense" written on it called, is cracked. I purchased mine 04 july 2023, so it’s like a year and a month passed. No physical damage of any kind took place, it just cracked itself in same place as on your picture.
I created support ticket, so we’ll se how it goes from there, but it is kinda frightening - i can understand issue with electronics or that hypersense driver and stuff like that, but this is just plastic, how can it break out of nowhere? And so many people over the internet are affected, so it does seem like there’s a manufacturing defect.

Just so you’d understand I am very carefull with things: prior to this headset, I had another company's headset which I purchased in year 2014, then in year 2015 usb connector started to malfunction, since I was detaching it from pc when not using, and device was replaced. From that day in 2015 and till 07.04.2023 I was using these replacement headphones I got and simply stopped detaching it from pc, leaving headphones on table in position, where they cannot fall on the ground or take any other kind of physical damage. Till this day that other headset still works, but over years sound got weaker and I decided to buy Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense, I chose this specific headset because it has haptic feedback just like my old device, and I cannot imagine headset without this feature. Just like previous headset, I never unplugged it from pc to prevent any issues with usb, and when not in use, left them on table, in a position where they canot fall or get any other physical or liquid damage. As Murphy,s law states - anything that can go wrong will go wrong, so I did do my best to prevent any issues, by controlling all factors that I can to always have my headset in close to a brand new condition
