Recently I discovered a problem with my headphones that I hadn't had before. The headphones are about half a year old, new, and no matter how carefully I take care of my equipment, for some reason they still don't work as they should, even when they've been sitting idle for 3 months...
The whole point is that when I lower the volume wheel on the headphones to the very minimum to turn off the sound, the sound doesn't turn off, but becomes very quiet. Instead of turning off the sound at 0%, I get 5-8% audibility... This is very annoying when you need absolute silence to hear something outside the headphones.
I tried a complete clean reinstallation of the Synapse application, and rebooted all the drivers and the PC - nothing helped.
There is no dirt, they are completely clean, there was no mechanical damage.
I checked on another device in different connection options - the problem is still there, so I realized that the problem is in the headphones themselves.
I couldn't find a way to write to technical support and find out if it's possible to fix it under warranty, so I'm writing this here, hoping that the employees of this site will notice this and give me an answer to the question of what to do in this situation and how to fix the headphones or get a direct connection with technical support, who will do the repair.
