I ended up breaking my usb dongle while moving apartments so currently I can only use the headset wired. I have another dongle for a pair that broke a while back. I am just wondering if there is a way to connect the new headset to the old dongle or if I need to get another USB dongle and if so where do I get it.

Sorry to hear about what happened to your headset’s dongle. You can only pair it with its own dongle or a replacement dongle for that specific variant. I can check our inventory later on. By the way, where are you currently located? Let me know via PM and include your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database.
