Razer Kraken V3 pro wireless plastic headbands broke (both sides

 As the title says, I tried to wear them today, and they were really wobbly. I removed them and realised that the headbands have broken. My two year warranty is still valid. What do I do? Thanks.

I understand that you are having issues with your Razer Kraken V3 Pro. No worries, let me help you! Could you please send me a PM together with your answers to the questions below so I can properly isolate the issue?

 

1. Were there any incidents for your headset prior to the issue? i.e. dropped, accidental pull while standing up etc.

2. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset?

3. Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets making it stretch beyond its limit?

 

Also, please send me a PM along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
