I just bought this new headset yesterday from amazon, I check the packaging for the mentioned 7.1 code, i can only find the promotional paper that tells me to scan a QR code, when i do scan it, it just brings me to the 7.1 learn more without providing a code. Nothing else other than the manual, stickers, and the headset itself was included. I tried to get a new code by registering but then this happened. Could i get help as to why this happened even though i already registered the item? The headset is brand new
