Razer Kraken V3 X picking up ingame and desktop audio through the mic

Hello, My headset seems to be picking up audio from my PC through Spotify, YouTube and games so my friends can hear it through Discord or Teamspeak. I have absolutely 0 idea why and I've tried about 500 fixes online without a single one of them working, I'd appreciate any help at this point
