razer kraken v4 pro activation code missing

Hey there i heard that you can help me with my new brand razer kraken v4 pro headset ! i order from a shop from romania its one of the biggest here named "ALTEX ROMANIA". today i just recived them and there is no activation code key to scrach ! i have all info you need i cand send it by email pictures with the serial number or pn rz04 ..please help me ! my email adress is mihai_gabriel_1986@yahoo.com and i have account with razer open it today ! thank you very much ! i hope to hear from you !

Please note that the Razer Kraken V4 Pro comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse. kindly follow the steps from this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones via Razer Synapse 3.
