Razer Kraken v4 right earcup not working

I bought this headset 4 days ago and the right earcup has only worked a few times. I have tried all the troubleshooting from the Razer support site multiple times and none of it works. Whenever this happens and I switch the audio balancing to come from the right earcup nothing plays.  I have updated the firmware, tried to use the headset with and with out synapse multiple times, and tried uninstalling the drivers and resetting my computer multiple times as well.

Hey there, @coolDaffodilbuzz439!

I understand you're having audio issues with your Razer Kraken V4. No worries, I can help you with that! Please try these additional troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

1. Ensure the device is connected directly to the PC rather than through a USB hub.

2. If the headset has in-line or onboard volume controls, ensure the volume is not set too low.
3. Ensure the headset is set as the default playback device.
a. Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Sound settings".
b. Under the "Advanced" section, click "More sound settings".
c. In the "Playback" tab, right-click your audio device (for example, Razer Kraken V4) and select "Set as Default Device". A green checkmark indicates it is set as default.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
