Razer Kraken X 7.1 Surround Activation code missing

Hello there , you said I can PM you for info if I still have a problem with my 7.1 Surround activation code. Resume : I bought Razer Kraken X few days ago in the package I didn't have activation code for the 7.1 surround application. I asked what to do , to get the activation code , someone from the razer support told me to register my device and wait 24-72 hours and I will get the activation code in my e-mail. I registered my device 30.07.2021 , 72 hours have passed - I still don't have the activation code on my e-mail. I can show my purchase , serial number and everything about my Kraken X , can you tell me how to get it. I bought them to use their 7.1 surround and I can't use their full potential , which is not fun ... When I write directly to the support , they are telling me that my post and duplicate and they close it. So I must buy another pair of Kraken X to get a code ? Or i will never use their full potential ?
