Razer Kraken X headset, unbalanced audio in low volume

there's a volume wheel on the left side of the headset. Whenever I adjust it to low volume, the right side will be slightly louder than the left side. I thought I got an faulty hardware so I asked for an replacement from the store I purchased it from. The store accepted my request without further testing. I got a new one and the problem still exist. I need some help but it's unlikely to be hardware problem as i got a new one. Is it my driver problem? Or it's just because of poor design. My guess is the volume control is locate on the left side of the headset so it does not provide enough resistant to the current on the right side which leads to unbalanced volume. I feel bad for the store :slightly_sad:. Any help is appreciated.
