Good day! I recently bought a Razer Kraken X (Bought on Dec 14 2021. Delivered Dec 16 2021) I have successfully registered the product on Razer synapse however, my scratch code says it is invalid when registering to THX Spatial Audio. Please provide assistance at the soonest (so that I will still be qualified for a refund should there be any need to do so) Thank you

    Never mind. I confused the 7.1 surround for the THX Spatial Audio
