Recently bought the razer kraken x audio works well but the microphone is really soft and quiet everything is properly plugged in and the microphone’s input is at 100 anyone know how to fix this?

I understand that you’re experiencing a problem where the microphone on your Razer Kraken X is very soft and quiet, despite being properly plugged in and having the input volume set to 100. To isolate the problem, please help me answer the following questions below:
- When did this issue start?
- Have you tried enabling "Microphone Boost" in your sound settings?
- Did any incidents happen to your headset before the issue?
- Have you tried plugging the headset into a different audio jack or using it with another device to see if the issue persists?
- Can your headset still produce a sound when you play something?
- Does your Mic work when plugged into a mobile device?
