Razer Kraken X Lite can not register product or use 7.1 Surround sound app

Hello,

I have an older product from your company that was purchased and then stored away for quite some time. I am now using it, it is a pair of Razer Kraken X Lite headphones, but I cannot register it on the website and use the 7.1 Surround sound app. I have serial code, P/N code and 7.1 SS code.

I managed to register the headphones on the website, but I couldn't register the code for 7.1 SS. The application is installed on Windows 10, but it doesn't give me any option to enter the code or select which sound card to run 7.1 SS on. I have two sound cards.
