Hello, I bought the product 10 months ago from Teknosa in Turkey. Yesterday morning, the cracking I showed in the image occurred. As someone who uses the headset very sensitively, I did not expect it to crack so easily. I am alone at home and I was studying as usual.I took the headset out of my ear and put it back in place, and when I came back, I realised that it did not sit on my head.Please help, I need to study.I am preparing for the university exam.

The warranty of the product is still ongoing, but since I do not have a box, Teknosa's technical service will probably not accept it. What should I do, I want urgent help from knowledgeable friends.

I delivered it to the technical service of the place where I bought it on 28 September 2024.They said that there would be a 21-day service process.There are about 3 days left for the result.Other people have sent it back with the ‘user error’ text.I guess we will not be able to solve the problem.

I also don't understand why we are suffering so much for something that is a chronic problem of the product itself. Other users say that it breaks like this because of the material quality.
