Razer Kraken X Lite Wired Mic Problem Faulty Mic or Audio jack

So my mic suddenly stopped working it was fine for half of the day when my wires got all mixed up and i untangled the wires after that the mic just magicly dint work after i booted up the pc (there was no updates) i tried bascily everything that was on youtube and nothing helped i even factory reset my system but that dint help so im looking for a solution to fix my problem so i wont need to refund the headphones or send them of for repair

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried connecting your device to a computer and see if the issue persists? If it's a Windows-operated computer, please run the sound troubleshooter and check the device manager and see if there are hardware drivers with yellow exclamation points or red "X" marks. If there's one, please right-click the driver, then either update it or uninstall and restart your computer and wait for Windows OS to reinstall the driver.
