RAZER KRAKEN X – MULTI-PLATFORM WIRED GAMING HEADSET doesnt work on Discord
Hi For some reason my mic with the razor Kraken X doesnt work on Discord Which i do not understand when it works ingame. I can still here people in discord i cannot just talk with the mic so i have to use my desktop mic instead please help me understand why its not working with discord as most other mics/Headsets ive worked with work with discord. And since Discord is a well known Gaming Communication service that allows game overlays and such. this is the only mic ive experience issues with. Dont get me wrong i like this product i just want to understand the reason why My mic isnt working on discord.

Do you get the same results on both web and app, and do you mind sharing a screenshot of your voice and video settings on Discord?

This is when im using desktop mic and my razor headset which works.

I don't see anything wrong with the configuration. For now, PM me the serial number of the headset so I can verify the model and look into model-specific solutions.
