Razer Kraken X not working

I'm currently using a console Razer Kraken X on PC, which had worked perfectly on my PC for the past 3 days. Today though, my PC is not detecting any input through the microphone, and I have no idea why. I have done multiple things to attempt to fix this, including: making sure the settings are correct through the sound section of control pannel, making sure the drivers were updated, updating my windows, re-installing this and I have restarted my computer several times, yet, my microphone still doesn't work, at all.
