I wanted to change from earpiece to headset so i bought the razer kraken x since i heard some good reviews.

However, when i wanted to get the 7.1 surround sound, i accidentally rubbed too hard on the code, losing some of the code. Is there anyway to get the activation code again?
Please send me the serial number of your Kraken X via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's take it from there.
