Razer Kraken X USB

Hello, I'm here to see if I can get some information about Kraken X USB. I'm from Brazil and I'm looking for a new headset to buy. I was really interested on buying Razer Kraken TE, but since here Razer does not have official store, I have only options from amazon and other non-official stores, which has became much more expensive due to the pandemic (Razer Kraken TE on br amazon is about U$250, which is 1,200 BRL. The best option of quality and price here is Razer Kraken X USB, but I want to know about its compatibility with Synapse. I got so used to Synapse sound enhancement that I just can't play without it, so I wanna know if I can configurate Razer Kraken X USB on Synapse 3 like I can with my current Head Kraken USB on Synapse 2.0 (Sound, EQ, Enhancements). The reason for this question is because as I've seen Synapse 3 compatible devices list and Kraken X USB is there, but on FAQ it says that "Razer Kraken X USB does not use Synapse 3" (I don't know if that was meant by any set up or only lighting chroma). Anyway, I really need this information as quick as possible because I urgently need to decide which headset to buy. I appreciate your attention.
