Razer Kraken X USB HISSING SOUND

I just bought the razer kraken x usb headset and when i plugged it in my pc the left earcup started hissing. I downloaded razer synapse and the 7.1 surround succesfully. Also, I used every single usb port and my laptop but the problem didnt diasapear. plz help!!!
