My screen won't turn off after specified time setup on Power & Sleep Settings.
This happen always that my Razer Kraken X USB is connected.
I have 5 minutes set up.
After 5 minutes, the screen turns off and on automatically.
Then, after another 5 minutes, the screen automatically turns off and on again. Always and always.
Without the Razer Kraken X USB connected, the screen turns off and stays off.
Could you help me?

I have the Kraken tournament edition and have this same problem.
I first was concerned that it was my video card or something like a phone charger. I walked through all my devices unplug the device, wait a minute and go to the next, and sure enough its the head set. I did see something about turning off Cortana always listening, but I don't grant Cortana any permissions. Hoping this forum has some answers. I also noticed that my THX button sometimes works, sometimes not.
It bugs me because I have a black window elite kb, goliath mouse mat, and death adder mouse and none of these cause the problem.

Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? If this only happens when the app is running, try to change the process priority to low. That should fix the issue. PM me if the problem persists.
