Razer Kraken X USB Volume Dial not working

I recently got the Razer Kraken X USB from amazon and it has been working fine and I love it. Today after unplugging it for a zoom call, the volume dial has not been working. I tried opening synapse and then using it but that still didn't work, if anyone has any suggestions let me know, I'd really appreciate it. Serial Number: IN2029011800319
