Razer kunai
Can’t find serial number and product number. On the box listed there is P/N which I assume as product number buts it long like a serial number. Then there is a model number. Neither of those work to register with Razer synapse. I’ve had this issue with 2 of these 140mm now!

Please note that the Razer Kunai is considered a system accessory which is why it does not have a serial number. But to make sure that we are on the same page, do you mean to ask why the fans aren't detected by Synapse 3?
When you go into the deception of the kunai fan it says it is compatible with Razer synapse software
