Razer Lancehead TE replaced with Viper?
So about 2 months ago I sent in my Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition after going through countless troubleshooting tests and questions. Today I was finally sent back a package from Razer and I found a Razer Viper inside.
I honestly am not super upset about it but I'm just wondering if I should've gotten a 1:1 replacement or repair on my original mouse cause I was given no prior notification about getting a Viper instead of the Lancehead.

Normally, you will get a 1:1 replacement unless you were offered an upgrade due to stock issues and whatnot. But please PM me your ticket number so I can review and perhaps help you understand why you got a Razer Viper instead.
