Hello, I've been using Razer lancehead TE mouse for over 1 year and for some reason, I can't assign macro on the mouse wheel. I can't assign keyboard function on any buttons. It does not change profile too unless I unplug the mouse and plug it back in. I uninstalled synapse and made sure that every folder has been deleted before reinstalling synapse 3. The macro module is also installed. I was able to use these function 2 months ago.

    The polling rate disappeared too.

    Hi ChizCaek! Apologies for the inconvenience. Razer is aware of this behavior. The users were unable to set the polling rate for Lancehead TE, and the dropdown option for the polling rate is empty. Please be aware that Razer is aware of this behavior, and a fix will be available in the future Synapse update (no ETA yet). I’ll be locking this thread now.
