Razer Lancehead Wireless CAN'T connect to receiver

Hi, i just looking for some help, my razer lancehead can't connect to the receiver. I try find more info to fix it but i didn't find so i asking i this place. The mouse works perfectly connected via wired but the device can't connect to the receiver. The wireless option works fine, when i turn on the switch the mouse turn the RGB lights on. Anybody have an idea about to fix it? Thank you.
