Razer Lancehead Wireless - Dongle doesn't work

I purchased a razer lancehead wireless a few months ago. Shortly after, the dongle stopped working. In contact with razer support they identified a problem with the dingle but were unable to help me. Then I bought a new replacement dongle on the Razer Carestore, the dongle arrived and I tried to pair it with the mouse using the software provided. However, the Software does not recognize the new dongle. That is, I bought a new dongle at the razer store that the software itself does not recognize. Could someone help me on how to make it work?
