Razer Laptop not charging

I have a Razer 15 and 13 Blade that both had bloated batteries. I bought replacement batteries on Amazon but neither laptop will charge the new battery and at times doesn't detect the battery. I've tried the usual uninstall battery driver and letting it charge overnight but that hasn't fixed the issue. Both laptops not usable unless plugged in. Help!

    Any third-party batteries are not guaranteed to work with Razer laptops. Nevertheless, you can try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial numbers so I can start a case and forward your concern to the RMA Team for repair.
