TK-1987TK, I totally agree. I’ve sent my laptop in twice now because the speakers are buzzing and crackling. This second go around, they’ve had it for going on two weeks but have done nothing with it. Can’t call anyone for support, only can get customer service via chat. And every chat agent and supervisor gives me a different and conflicting answer, but all boil down to “I don’t know”. They’ve essentially stolen my laptop back and refuse to ship it back. I’m ready to report it to my credit card company and get it disputed so I can get my $2500 back....it’s ridiculous how terrible their service is.
Well I hope this extended warranty gets people good service. Just incase any of you haven't seen I had to reach out on Reddit and some behind the scenes people to even get a refund for a laptop. So I'd be careful shelling out extra money to Razer considering their customer support has some of the worst communication I've had to deal with. So maybe Razer should work on getting their quality on customer support up to standard before asking customers for more money? dkapodkIt’s not 5 years, it’s a 3 year warranty. Adds 2 years to the 1 year warranty. Total 3 yrs
5 year warranty for a laptop not bad!!!
