Razer Left Hand Editiom on MacOS

Hi everyone and thank you in advance for giving attention to my issue! :)

I was born with a disability: I have only one hand, the left one. In conclusion, I’ll really need the Naga Left Hand Edition to play anything properly.
 

I want to buy the Naga Left Hand Edition but the only device I have is a Mac. As far as I see, Razer Synapse 4 is not available on macOS.

So here comes my questions:

  1. Is the app Razer Synapse (available on macOS from https://www.razer.com/hk-en/synapse-4?srsltid=AfmBOoopQaQ2b97lsDcMLyzJR8Soj0YI6RgVmNqZd5_x-jANTR6c6YsF) enough for me to keybind every button on the Naga Left Hand edition? I cannot test it unfortunately because I have no new razer device at hand and I really want to be sure that works on a Naga Left Hand Edition.

     

  2. If the answer to the question 1 is a negative one: I saw on a reddit thread the next thing: 

    1st and the most elegant : setup your keybinds and tracking speed etc on Synapse 3 on a PC and save that to the mouse onboard profile. On you mac, the keybinds and settings carry over via the onboard memory profiles. (except RGB).

    Is this true? Can anyone confirm 100% that this works?

    Thank you guys in advance!! I really want to be able to play any game (and video editing :D) as easy as I can.
