I recently purchased a Razer Leviathan to replace my old standard satellite pair of speakers. I'm new to the 5.1 surround world, and I'm very uncertain as to how this works.
1st issue - I have Razer Surround installed. I've always had Pro until my previous device expired. After purchasing and registering my Leviathan - I did not receive a code to reactivate it. Am I missing something?
2nd issue - I am not sure how to set this up properly. Looking through my system settings > audio. It shows a few devices I can choose from. Images uploaded for the choices.
This is the only one that will play sound when selected. I feel certain that its due to razer synapse/surround.
Now after hooking up my Leviathan, I am unable to access anything in the razer surround under the drop arrow.
I am able to change surround to on and off.
Honestly, I just want to use my Leviathan to the best of its capabilities- The device does work, but there's not much other than the bass from the sub that is really showing. I can hear everything else during streaming, but I do feel like its being used as just a standard stereo sound instead of 5.1
