I have a Razer Leviathan V2. I downloaded the installer for firmware 1.06.02 however it gets stuck on 99%…
After restarting my PC the speaker now doesn’t turn on and when I try to run the installer again it still gets stuck on 99%. I’ve seen a couple threads with this issue so it seems like a common occurrence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much.
I was having the same problem sticking at 99 percent. Lucky I just managed to get it to complete. Figured I’d document it here for future generations.
I had to do 2 things:
- Use a different USB cable. In my case changed to a USB A to C cable instead of the provided USB C to C.
- Plug the Leviathan directly into one of my motherboard USB ports. I was previously using one on my case expansions.
After that firmware update got to 100.
mine keeps going to 8 or 9% and then it says that the update failed.
