Razer Leviathan v2 soundbar not working

Hello, I was updating my Leviathan v2 soundbar to version 1.04.00 and for some reason the update suddenly stopped and my soundbar never turned back on again. It’s still brand new, just bought it last month.

I tried using other cables, others power outlets etc. But it still not turn on :c

does someone had experienced this before, can someone help me, please?

Same here! The subwoofer of my Leviathan V2 is dead on USB-input since de last Synapse update. It still works via Bluetooth with mobile devices. Thank you for making my gear worthless Razer. Stop torturing your customers with half finished amateur updates. Check twice before release.

Nowhere. In a thread asking to share positive experience with Razer support, there are no answers.

For me helps below:

resetting the settings (hold down the power button and -/+ volume)

Get this to the top.. Almost bought a new sound bar… This fixed it.. Thanks!

  1. Pull out the power AND USB cable
  2. Hold down the Power button, Volume Up and Volume Down
  3. While holding down, plug back the power cable
  4. Release the buttons after 3 seconds
  5. Hold Power button, Volume Up and Volume Down again for 10 seconds

Device: “Leviathan V2 X”
In my case USB Cable to Desktop is also Power So Really Easy Quick Fix

Especially, For Something I’ve Struggled with for so long and suffered wasting time with different techniques and deleting and reinstalling drivers and razer apps, trying different configurations and debugging methods evantually resetting my PC! wiping drives, clean installing windows and losing productkey/pro license! :D
I should’ve looked for online help first lol

This did not work for me.  

Problem started that no sound came out at all, though computer recognized it.
Then, it would not go into pairing mode.
Then, tried this hard reset, far left button turned red.

Now, speaker is totally bricked.  Nothing works.   No lights come on, nothing happens, ever.  
No lights, no sound, reset does nothing.
