i have bought levi v2 but when i plugged to my pc (my suwoofer is not in the picture with the speakbar) only the speaker bar was shown and when i played valorant i felt very lack of bass, i tried comparing to my blackshark V2 and it has a better bass than my levi v2. To my mind The suwoofer is the problem, not detected by synapse and its so quiet, i just can say that i feel the vribations from the suwoofer but no sound, if i test in the highest volume i can heart it "normal". What can i do? What i should do? how can i test suwoofer alone.
