Razer Mamba 16000 Cutting Out

I have a Mamba 16000 (RC30-013601) that is not covered under support any longer so wanted to try my luck here. It intermittently seems to cut out or lose it's connection. I'll be actively using it and it will simply stop responding for about 5-10 seconds of me moving it around before the cursor responds again. It does this regardless if it's in Wireless mode or if it's plugged directly in with USB. I did try another mouse to make sure it wasn't my computer causing the issue, as well as trying to the Mamba on another computer to make sure it still happens on another device as well and confirm it is indeed the Razer mouse that has the problem. I have made sure that Synapse 2 (Version 3 is not supported for this device) is up to date (as of this writing 2.21) I tried to check to see if there is some sort of firmware or driver update for my device but only find other version of the Mamba (Mamba Wireless, Mamba Chroma, Mamba Tournament, etc.) on Razer's page. Any tips/pointers/info on anything i haven't already tried or checked would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise the mouse is useless at this point and I'll have to be forced to switch to another brand (second Razer device to stop working for me :mad_:)

I've seen that you've done so many workarounds in an attempt to fix the issue on your end. Let's try to isolate the problem of your cursor by following the steps from this link. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your Razer Mamba, and let's go from there. I've seen that you've done so many workarounds in an attempt to fix the issue on your end.
