Razer mamba 16000 NO WIRELESS

Serial number: PM1540136703909 Product: Razer Mamba 16000 Product has worked for years, all of a sudden it no longer works wireless, however still worked wired. Mouse charges whilst on the charging dock however the lights on the dock no longer work. Looks like an issue with the charging dock receiving the signal from the mouse. Product is a few years old and is no longer under cover for support, would really appreciate if anyone had the same problem and found a fix? Thanks a lot Alex
