Hi, My razer Mamba Wireless worked just fine until recently, when it just stopped working.It's just stuck showing single red line on the 3line light meter, not blinking (please check the link with a pic below).

I've tried the following with no luck



- connecting the mouse with the Razer cable to the PC - no luck, the red light still there

- removing the battery and re inserting it

. replacing the battery with a spare that I had, same issue.

- charging the mouse for hours both with the mamba base / cable thru PC

- updating the mouse with Synapse (since the mouse it's being recognized by the soft)





I've also tried reseting the mouse pressing L + R buttons plus the wheel. Also tried to re-pair the wireless connection between the mouse and the base, but it's not fixing the issue



The light goes on Red as soon as I switch on the mouse



Any ideas?
