Hello Razer Support,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Mamba 2012 mouse. When moving the mouse horizontally (left or right), the pointer on the screen jumps or moves inconsistently, not matching the actual movement of the mouse. However, vertical movement (up and down) works perfectly fine.
This issue occurs across different surfaces and after trying the following troubleshooting steps:

Cleaning the mouse sensor and surface.

Testing on multiple surfaces (mousepad, desk, etc.).

Updating/reinstalling Synapse and mouse drivers.

Testing on another computer (issue persists).
The problem seems to be hardware-related, but I wanted to check if there’s a known fix or if further troubleshooting is needed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
