Razer Mamba 2015 (16.000 dpi v1) is no longer working on synapse 2?

Hello everybody, I use synapse 2 for the Razer Mamba 2015 16,000 dpi v1 (wireless). But last week he just did not recognize synapse any more. The mouse works normally, but I can not configure it. I already tried to uninstall the synapse and reinstall. Use mouse on wireless, wired and did not work. Even try to hold the scroll and the 2 main buttons, and turn on the usb to try to force the firmware update and the mouse is locked, needing to be unplugged from the usb and connected. Can someone help me? Has it happened to anyone?
