Razer Mamba Double-click / "phantom clicking" issue: I purchased this mouse less than 30 days ago and unfortunately I'm experiencing an issue where my mouse will double-click when I attempt to click just once. Additionally, when I hold down the left mouse button, it appears that the input does not stay "pressed". When holding the left button down, it often "releases" on it's own even though I am still holding the button down.I can't even highlight text on the first try... I have consulted the all-knowing Google and have come across several user posts describing the same issue, even one user describing that a replacement mouse had the same issue within days. Sadly I am not entirely confident in this product but would still like to request a replacement if possible. I have submitted a case over 4 days ago but so far have not received any acknowledgment :slightly_sad:

Depending on the variant, there may be a firmware fix for the double-clicking issue. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse and your ticket number. I'll take it from there.

Same problem here, purchased in November 2019 and recently started random double clicks

Please indicate if this happens with and without Synapse running in the background. I'd appreciate it if you can list down all the troubleshooting you've tried so far. Help me help you.

I don't have the Razer Synapse running in the background, and I shouldn't need it for just a simple double click. BTW I updated to the latest firmware version 1.04.00 but still the problem exists.

I am currently having the exact same issue of this "phantom clicking." I try to move tabs around but it does not hold even when I'm holding the left click down. Also, when I open tabs, sometimes 2 or even 3 tabs open. This is especially annoying when I try to highlight things and it ends up not highlighting. Edit:

I don't have the Razer Synapse running in the background, and I shouldn't need it for just a simple double click. BTW I updated to the latest firmware version 1.04.00 but still the problem exists.
I did the same and updated to the newest firmware version, and the problem still exists. For me this issue shows up most often when dragging a tab.

@cuneytcalishkan @RosePinkSAPPHIREauto445 I need you both to send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse. The double-clicking issue you guys are experiencing seems to be switch-related, so we'll have to look into your RMA options.
