Razer Mamba Elite dont recognized by Synapse

Hello I have been using the Razer Mamba Elite for some time (almost 2 years) I had everything configured on it, but since some time ago it stopped appearing in Synapse and all the macros and others I had from the mouse disappeared, I tried updating the mouse software, but still no success in Synapse, I tried all the USB ports on my PC and still nothing. Anyone has/had a similar problem or know anything about why it's happening?

Try this way:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Hello, I did what you said, but it still doesn?t work with Mamba Elite, I have another mouse that works 100%, changes colour and works with the effects, but Mamba Elite doesn't even appear as a razer product

Did you already try to repair the Synapse application? If not yet, you can follow the steps here.
