Razer Mamba Elite Scrolling Issues

Hey man, I'm having the same problem. Actually I'm having it for the 2nd time. I got the 3rd Mamba Elite within the one and a half year, cause previous ones had technical issues. The first one had this wheel problem and now my 3rd one at it again. I got the first two changed by the store where I bought it within the warranty conditions. They offered no repairs, just a change for the new one or the moneyback. So, try contacting your store, if it was bought not so long ago. I've also saw some people were able to repair the wheel with the wheel encoder, but idk how it's done.

Hey! My mamba elite is having issues with the scroll wheel. When I scroll, it starts to jump round a lot, and this makes it hard to do anything really with the scroll wheel. I have looked online and haven't been able to find a fix. I have tested with other mice and it is an issue that only happens with my Mamba Elite. Any ways for this to be fixed?

HHi bitparkTumbleweed134 and leetJetbase485! Does the scrolling issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is enabled or disabled? The behavior needs to be isolated, whether if it's software or hardware since the issue happens to your other three devices. By the way, Razer does not offer repairs for peripherals. Try replicating the issue by connecting your mouse to a different computer without a Razer Synapse 3.0 installed. I'll wait for your follow-up.
