Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux - mouse stops working for few seconds

Hi all, My colleagues bought me "Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux" product and unfortunately it happens to me that the mouse stops working (loose power) for few seconds. Approx. each 1 hour, 3 - 5times in row .... stop working for 3 - 5 seconds, works for 2 seconds, stop working ..... I tried to check the updates for Razer software and Windows 10, but everything is updated. I read the support tickets with simular issue, but nothing help me. Please, are you able to help me? Thank you
