Razer Mamba Hyperflux keeps turning off

Hi there. My mouse keeps randomly turning off even though the mousepad stays powered on. I have to click a bunch or move the mouse around to get the mouse to come back on. The mousepad is on a glass desk and I've unplugged my phone's wireless charger and moved everything metal away. What is wrong with this? Is it just a problem with the device? Do I need to request a refund? Edit: Also noticing that sometimes the mouse just quit responding but the lights on the mouse actually stay on.

Is the mat plugged directly into your PC? I highly recommend using USB ports on the back of your motherboard to avoid power issues. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your Hyperflux set so I can check for firmware updates.

Having the same issue as well , just bought the hyperflux this month , will drop connection (lights will go off and mouse not responding) during my CS:GO match / MMO games i am playing , it even happens to offline MMO/RPG games i am playing as well. I did the following - Kept my router more then 1m away from my Hypeflux - Keep my mobile devices / wireless devices more den 20cm/1m away from my Hyperflux - using a wooden computer table - only metalic item is my Razer blackwido X Chroma TE - Firefly mousepad (hyperflux) is plugged in to the back of my CPU (direct USBs of motherboard) I am able to use it directly using wired connection but it defeats the purpose of me getting the hyperflux setup can you guys (Razer) help me with this issue ? if needed i can take a photo of my setup and post it here. Its getting quite frustrating
