Hello, I have Razer Mamba mice and it freezes sometimes, how can I fix it? or should I send it back to seller/warranty?

Have you tried connecting it to another USB port or on another computer to isolate the issue? Was this working before? If you are still having the same issue, please shoot me a PM and let's continue from there.
