Just bought Razer Mamba (Wireless) mouse today, and while wireless, every 10-30 seconds or so, the mouse flashes off for half a second and becomes unresponsive, not a long time, but gets irritating as it keeps happening, when using it as a wired mouse it works fine, any fixes? software is updated to latest version

    Hi there! Have you tried using it with another PC to see if the same issue persists? Also, can you share a short video of the issue?
