My Razer Mamba works connected with the wire and has previously worked fine. It no longer works wirelessly with the USB adapter. I’ve updated the firmware, application and the wireless sync software. It still doesn’t work - any thoughts?

My Razer Mamba works connected with the wire and has previously worked fine. It no longer works wirelessly with the USB adapter. I’ve updated the firmware, application and the wireless sync software. It still doesn’t work - any thoughts?
It’s highly likely that the dongle is defective. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thanks!
