Razer Mamba RGB Wireless + Razer Nari Wireless not showing up in Synapse 3

Hi everyone, This is my first time trying out Razer products and I am having some issues getting the products detected in Synapse 3. Razer Goliathus Extended is visible, but both the mouse and headset is not detected even though they work. Anyone knows what this might be? Thanks.

    This usually happens when the device drivers get corrupted. I highly recommend that you uninstall the drivers for your mouse and headset then run Windows Updater. PM me should you need further assistance.
